Meet Your Presenters

Ann Denton is the Director of the Center for Technical Assistance and Training at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). Ann is a recognized expert on homelessness, mental illness, system change and housing issues for people with mental health and other disabilities.

Sherri Downing, B.A., is a senior program manager for Advocates for Human Potential (AHP) who is nationally recognized for her expertise in addressing homelessness and housing issues, particularly in rural and frontier areas.

Karen Michalski-Karney is the Executive Director of the Blue Ridge Independent Living Center, providing services in and around Roanoke, Virginia.

CIL-NET is a program of the IL NET national training and technical assistance project for Centers for Independent Living (CIL-NET) and Statewide Independent Living Councils (SILC-NET). The IL NET is operated by the Independent Living Research Utilization (ILRU) Program at TIRR Memorial Hermann in partnership with the National Council on Independent Living (NCIL) and the Association of Programs for Rural Independent Living (APRIL).

    I can’t find any kind of schedule or agenda. What time does it start on the 23rd and what time does it end on the 25th. I need to make flight plans.
