  1. Technology is not cheap – when disabled people have to choose between paying rent or other expenses and technology, they just do without.

  2. I agree with SH. When you are on disability, and even if you have a part-time job, as I do. Internet, cable TV, and Smart Phones are a luxury we can’t afford. I would love to be more connected online, but it’s not always feasible to make a trip to the library to use their internet. My flip phone at least allows me to text friends and family.
